HDRScope can use Test Pattern Generator's EBU A/V Sync motion patterns to monitor the timing relationship between the audio and video in your content. The scope will display details about any lag between the two, as well as time in flight.
HDRScope can also use A/V Sync patterns from other manufacturers, like Lynx, Tektronix, and Hitomi.

HDRScope views the current signal and keeps details about the Sync Frame, which is where the screen flash occurs. A snapshot is taken every second, synchronized to the flash and the audio tone (or silence). The prior two flashes are displayed beneath the current signal.
To the right of the prior two flashes are details about the video and audio, including time in transit, any offset, and audio lag in frames, milliseconds, and samples. A green/yellow/red set of indicators allows at-a-glance confirmation of status, where green = good, yellow = some delay, and red = bad.
